Cappella Homes Expands to include Commercial Building

Cappella Homes has recently completed their first commercial building project. The scope of work for Premier Power Systems included all building design, structural and civil engineering, site development and construction of a 5,000 sq. ft. prefabricated steel building with a 1,200 sq. ft. office “build out”.
We were conscious of energy consumption while designing the interior build out and as such we used R-19 insulation in the 2 hour rated fire walls dividing the office from the shop space, R19 insulation blown in blankets below the roof deck and low-e (low emissivity) glass on the storefront.

Our New Location
August 15, 2008
Cappella Homes has moved to a new facility in Clay County near the CR-220 corridor. We are excited about our move as our new facility will allow us to better serve our customers through increased material storage capacity as well as a new wood shop where we will produce custom interior doors, built-in entertainment centers and closet organization systems.
